Instructions:

  1. Press Windows + R, type services.msc

  2. Find Print Spooler, right-click, and select Stop

  3. Go to: C:\Windows\System32\spool\PRINTERS

  4. Delete all files in this folder

  5. Go back to services.msc and Start the Print Spooler
